Exchange Policy
You have 10 days from receiving your item to request an exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Postage is not included.
To start an exchange, email us at ryan.bigsun@gmail.com. If eligible, we'll provide instructions for returning your item. Contact us with any questions before purchasing.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If it's damaged, defective, or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom products (like personalized items) and sale items cannot be exchanged. Contact us if you're unsure about your item.
